Registration Form

Before a skater can use any of Baltimore County's skate parks, he or she must:

• complete a registration form;
  
  
• sign the completed form.

No Exceptions: If the skater is under 18, a parent/guardian must also sign the form. If the parent/guardian of the minor skater/skateboarder is not available to sign the form in the presence of the County Park staff, then parent/guardian must have the registration form notarized before the child will be permitted to use any skate park.
